Ordering Process

To place an order, please go to Shop Online, browse the items, and click on items you wish to purchase, enter the quantity of each item you want in the quantity box. You can view your cart at any time by clicking on Order Status. To continue shopping, simply click Continue Shopping. You can check out anytime by clicking Process Order.

If you are in Chicago and wish to purchase off -line, Please call or send us an email to make purchases. Payment and shipping or pick up will be arranged

Payment

Payment is by Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Card. You may also pay by sending a Money Order.You may also use paypal. We do not charge your credit card until the goods are ready to be shipped.

Delivery

Provided that the merchandise is in stock, delivery will be within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed and confirmed.  If for some reason you are not available to receive the package at your stipulated address, a second attempt will be made. You may also arrange to pick up your package from the carrier.

Delivery charges will be assessed and communicated to customers before goods are dispatched.  We will also follow up with proof of delivery to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner.

Return Policy

If  for some reason you are not satisfied with our order, please return the package within 14 days for a refund (except shipping charges).

Privacy and Fair Use

Our verified secure code service is similar to the ATM process. A pin number is requested when the card is used for online purchases. When the card is forwarded for authorization, the issuer of the card confirms the cardholder is the owner of the card and produces a virtual signature.
